H2Oh... (Justin, Alex, Donna, Kristy, Kyle)

Our project focus was to make aware the amount of water used in common everyday items that we may not think any water is involved at all. We will be opening an exhibition at the Ontario Science Centre centralized in this idea and our main attraction will be a water pumping machine that makes the participant pump the amount of water required for one of the objects labelled on our water footprint chart. Once the participant reaches the water level for the desired item, the water will be flushed back down and tickets will be presented, which will then be redeemed at a teller for the item originally labelled. Our team thought that this exhibition would be a fun and interesting experience for all ages and families.
Our name exemplifies the reaction that we hope to get from our participants. "Oh..." meaning that we are realizing something that is not having a positive effect on our world.

For the purpose of our prototype, we will be focusing on smaller scale items:
-Lollipop
-Apple
-Chocolate Bar
-Wine

But if this exhibition were to be real, we would have a wider range of objects that vary in water levels.
